5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• qt77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to the Wallet promptly upon confirmation of the mobile payment. qt77 does not charge a fee on standard BDT deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• qt77 reserves the right to carry out additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary. qt77 will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

qt77 may from time to time offer bonuses and promotions to Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• qt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time where we detect abuse, technical errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• A Player may only claim each bonus once unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or through abuse of referral mechanisms will result in forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players or third parties in sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Abusing any promotional offer, bonus, or referral programme through the creation of multiple accounts or through false representations.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, icons, and database compilations, is the property of qt77 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of qt77.

11. Amendments to These Terms

qt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
